Andrew leads Brunswicks' Regulatory lawyers.
After starting out as a prosecutor, he has since spent over 25 years defending businesses, their directors and employees and has been recognised as one of the country's leading regulatory lawyers. He has featured in many of the Legal Directories in relation to his work, from as far back as 1991.
Andrew has handled many high-profile and sensitive cases over the years including allegations of manslaughter, corporate manslaughter, misfeasance in public office, and numerous health, safety and environmental matters.
He has gained considerable experience in dealing with due-diligence defence matters for businesses facing trading standards, weights and measures and food prosecutions.
In addition to his work as a defence lawyer, he also provides risk management advice. He is a well-regarded trainer and presenter and is co-author of "Care Standards - A Practical Guide". Andrew wrote the sections dealing with enforcement and managing regulatory investigations.
Keith M Lewin

Keith leads Brunswicks' Health and Social Care team.
He has acquired a wide-ranging expertise in commercial disputes, from a career spanning over 40 years. He has been involved in several leading decisions in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and represented clients, both as solicitor and advocate, in courts throughout the UK.
He has acted for many care homes relating to obtaining and retaining registration, and, additionally, is retained by companies specialising in such diverse areas as hyperbaric medicine and air transportation of the critically ill.
In more recent years Keith has provided support, advice and representation to clients concerning inspection by the then NCSC and now CQC and CSSIW, also, he provides strategic advice and representation on vulnerable adults and child related investigations.
Keith acted as advisor to the Lithuanian Government on anti-corruption and counter-fraud measures in the state's provision of health and social care.
He is a regular contributor to several publications and is a sought-after trainer and presenter, and a co-author of "Care Standards - A Practical Guide" published by Jordans.

Caroline Chinn leads Brunswicks on Real Estate and oversees on all commercial real estate and development work.
25 years in the law, working for large national and international law firms, have afforded her considerable knowledge and experience.
Caroline is experienced in planning and environmental issues and has devised and executed strategies to assist clients to achieve their aims in these areas.
In addition to her work for Brunswicks’ clients, Caroline is a Senior Law Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University where she leads the drafting courses and teaches Commercial Property and Practice, Solicitor’s Accounts and Business Accounts.
Healthcare providers and developers are becoming a major component of Caroline’s work.
