We are used to responding to the Health and Safety Executive. We deal with Criminal Record Bureau matters, vulnerable adults and child realted matters..

Both Keith M Lewin and Andrew W Dawson are co-authors of the leading text book on care homes, 'Care Homes A Practical Guide' published by Jordans.
In 2002 Keith acted as a special advisor to the Lithuanian Government under the EU Phare Project.
The team includes individuals with wide experience of training, lecturing and public speaking. Keith was the first person to provide guidance on the effects of the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) scheme - the day after it became operational he was running a training course on the subject. He is a trainer recommended by Centre for Policy on Ageing.
We have been frequently called upon to advise on the detailed working of the POVA scheme, we have advised employers and also those 'referred' to the POVA List Manager. We understand the CRB process and provide advice and representation in relation to a wide range of difficulties which arise when dealing with CRB and the consequences of the Disclosures.
Members of our team have been actively involved in lobbying government, CSCI and others to effect change for the benefit of providers. We are happy to work with industry associations for the benefit of members. One of our members regularly travels to Brussels.
The health and social care sector operates 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We know, from experience, that often major events occur outside normal working hours - our commitment to the sector includes the fact that we have lawyers available 24 hours a day, everyday of the year.
If a crisis occurs you can be confident that we will be on hand through the Crisis Intervention Line 07855 855 588.
